SchoolTube Announces Convergence Reporter Program at JEA/NSPA

By: Erin Neal

Convergence Reporting combines all forms of media when covering stories. The SchoolTube Convergence Reporter program requires students who specialize in newsprint, video broadcast, or photography to work together. On SchoolTube, students from across the nation can share their local stories on a national scale.

Convergence reporting is taking off in the journalism industry, and SchoolTube’s new program offers a unique opportunity for you and your students to be the forerunners.

SchoolTube's first convergence story will cover this weekend's events, which calls for all student journalists. If you want to contribute to SchoolTube's groundbreaking print, video, and photo coverage of this convention sign up at booth 102 today.

Not only will the work you produce this weekend contribute to our first convergence piece. Your work will also become an example for all school newspaper, television broadcast, and yearbook staffs.

Watch some of our best student journalism pieces.
